Regular Hours (8:00am-5:pm CST / Monday-Friday)
Hourly consulting/service rate: $150
30-minute increments with a 30-minute minimum
On-site assistance trip charge $30 (Minimum time 1 hour)*
Extended Hours (any hours outside of "Regular Hours")
Hourly consulting/service rate: $200
30-minute increments with a 1-hour minimum
On-site assistance trip charge $75 (Minimum time 1.5 hours)*
Emergency Hours (work deemed critical-priority one-without delay)
Hourly consulting/service rate: $300
1-hour increments with a 1.5-hours minimum
On-site assistance trip charge $150 (Minimum time 3 hours)*

*Standard trip charges apply to locations within 25 miles of TDS Home Office location.
All other trip charges will be assessed on a per customer basis, according to distance.
